The BIOP Stainless Steel Automatic Ton Bag Unloader (also known as a bulk bag discharge station or big bag handler) is engineered for the dust-free, efficient discharging of powder and granular materials packed in super sacks. By integrating an electric hoist, pneumatic bag-clamping mechanism, and a high-efficiency pulse-jet dust collector, it completely eliminates powder leakage during the unbagging process.
Dust-Free Closed Operation: Features a sealed discharge hopper and pneumatic clamping device working alongside a powerful dust extraction system to maintain a clean, safe workplace.
Integrated Lifting System: Equipped with a heavy-duty electric hoist and a specialized cross-spreader, allowing a single operator to safely lift and position bulk bags with ease.
Anti-Bridging Massaging Paddles: Optional pneumatic massagers or vibration devices ensure smooth, continuous material flow for cohesive or poorly flowing powders.
Hygienic Construction: All material-contact surfaces are constructed from high-grade SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel, meeting strict GMP and FDA requirements.
